I’m wondering how the frequency of letting the patients wait for almost five hours before it’s being attended can make the customer service in good quality. Patients are instructed to come to the time they suggested but when the patients arrive, they’d suddenly tell to wait? I understand that things happen but if it becomes a pattern, if time for them matters so for the patients and the caretaker.

They made us wait for 2hrs only to tell us that the doctor cannot accommodate other patients. The receptionist is also very rude when we asked questions. I don't recommend this clinic, very bad service all in all.
