North Dental Clinic

We have been coming to this dental clinic for some time now, primarily because there is a dentist we trust and it’s the most convenient option for us in terms of location. However, the consistent issue lies with the clinic attendant. The attendant on duty demonstrated poor communication skills and a noticeable lack of initiative in addressing patient concerns. There was no effort to proactively assist or offer clear, helpful information. Additionally, it was unprofessional and inappropriate that the attendant repeatedly made unnecessary and discouraging remarks regarding insurance coverage, which added to the frustration rather than providing support. I am raising this feedback to bring awareness and to emphasize the importance of maintaining a patient-centered, courteous, and service-oriented approach at all times. I sincerely hope this matter is addressed, as it reflects not only on the clinic’s standards but also on the overall patient experience.

I'm not satisfied with the dental cleaning services aside from overpricing the doctor hands is very heavy to maneuver with the said procedure. Overpricing triple to competitors price and poor customer service 👎

Unprofessional Attendant, murag way gana sa trabahu. Even discouraging you if you are about to use your insurance or once insurance is mentioned.
