Modern and clean public facility. Nurses and staff are courteous and polite. We were assisted with utmost care for my sister’s Pet-scan. It took 2 hrs and my sister told me it was a painless experience. They even gave her free snacks after the procedure. If you live far, they can deliver your results via LBC and it’s free. Highly recommended!

The place looked different since the last time I was here (2019). The reception area is better but the payment process needs improvement. I was there at 12 noon and the cashier was apparently on their lunch break (i thought lunch break disruptions in govt facilities were a thing of the past) so I was instructed to go to the main hospital cashier to pay. Good thing there were no other patients waiting so I was done in a few minutes. Total time I spent here (waiting and procedure) was a little over 2 hrs. Not bad for a Saturday. I did observe that there was no longer a water dispenser for the patients use specially for the KUB ultrasound so make sure you bring your own water. Test results can be emailed, just proceed back to the reception to fill out a consent form.
