BUDOL DENTIST I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I clearly stated that I only wanted procedures covered by my health card (2 fillings), but I was shocked to be charged ₱2,000 at the end because the dentist did 3 fillings without my clear consent. When I brought it up, the dentist insisted he mentioned it beforehand, but he was very rude and almost shouting, so I chose not to argue further and just pay to avoid unnecessary stress. This was honestly the first time I’ve encountered such a rude behavior from a dentist. Even for the X-ray, they wouldn’t give a hard copy, I was just told to take a picture of it myself because everything is digital already. The clinic doesn't look clean, very messy, old and did not feel hygienic. Definitely not recommended.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. This dental clinic has a receptionist/ dental assistant who does not pay attention. We had set up an appointment clearly for dental filling, when we got there - dentist did not even bother to greet the patient first. Found out that she thought we were for dental CLEANING. She was not able to verify if our card covered which kind of dental filling because it was a holiday. She was able to call our house and remind us of our appointment but was not able to tell us that she could not verify from FilDocs. This dental clinic is NOT TO BE REFERRED.

So expensive. Even if it's your so called neighborhood dentist, the price is just so expensive not suitable for the place. Tried a dentist near lopez. And price is reasonable. Good dentist and friendly
