New World Diagnostics - Ortigas

I just had my APE today and the overall service is excellent. The receptionist both in the 1st and 2nd flr are very kind and approachable. The process is easy it only took me 1 hour to complete my needed exams. The place is sparkling clean and no long queues. I lived nearby and the receptionist insists me to avail the shuttle service , very kind of them . I will recommend them and go back for my future needs.

AMAZING FAST EXPERIENCE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I came here at 8:20 and was done by 9:50. I had 7 procedures to do and as soon as they were able to encode me into the system, my turn for each procedure was one after the other ✅ The forms could be a turn off to be honest it was a lot and it could be for improvement. But since this part was the only con, I really did not mind. My biggest appreciation was that the procedures were fast, I was treated with care and promptness and I was given information when I asked. There was wifi at the lobby and the restrooms are clean. For context — possible that there is less volume of customers due to the construction of the subway in Meralco Ave. I guess a slight blessing amidst some rubble. Kudos to this place! Thank you for being fast.

I had my APE today and it amazes me that all of the staff are very polite and greet everyone with smiles. The facility was so clean, and the doctor was also very nice. Thank you!☺️
