Lady guard at the entrance is very accommodating, will guide you thoroughly, queuing is fast despite the volume of patients. Place is cool, staffs are great. Will recommend to others in need of laboratory and consultation

Testing for sputum TB took 5 days instead of 2, they promise to email result but never did. Had to go back twice and pick up result.The only good thing about them is the have ample parking and wheelchair friendly

They don't explain things to patients. They don't even tell you what things you need to do or to know unless you ask them. Isn't it part of their job? They don't try to make a better experience for the patients, they would rather gossip and joke around with their colleagues which is why it's like you're in the market with all the noises they make. They don't take the initiative to do their job properly. I hope the company can find better people, those who are more willing to do their job and can treat patients with respect and cordiality.
