Super accomodating!! The front desk personnel went above and beyond to give me the best care package available instead of paying for individual services. The process is also fast and considerate. I would just suggest to go here as early as you can.

It's my first time to visit the clinic since it's one of the Maxicare's accredited clinic in town. They only have one number to all branches, so you'll just talk to their customer service and as advised to go 6:00 - 8:00 am if you're avoiding the crowd. Gladly, when I got there on a Friday set up, I liked the accommodation and cleanliness of the clinic; basically they make sure to serve our needs fast as they could with quality. Overall, it's nice to consider this clinic at Malabon. Here's my timeline: 6:30 AM: Arrival to the clinic 6:40 AM: Assisted in reception for my Pre-Employment Examination (payment, verification etc). I was given a container for the fecalysis and urinalysis. I was also advised that the physician would be available at 8:00 AM 6:50 AM: CBC Extraction 7:10 AM: Chest X-ray 7:30 AM: Collection of remaining samples 8:00 AM: Physical Examination 8:15 AM: Submitted the complete form to the reception and was advised to wait 5-7 working days for the results. 8:30 AM: Departure

New World Diagnostics recently moved to their present location in unit 12 Ponciano Center, MacArthur Highway cor. Del Monte Ave., Potrero, District 1, Malabon City. Most laboratory procedures are done on the second floor except for their radiology which are done in their mobile clinic van located on the left side of the building in ground floor. Since the location is new of course the place is neat with their mint green motiff. The sequence of steps to get their services is to get your priority number from the guard stationed in the second floor, you will then be given a form to fill up your personal details to be submitted to cashier when your number is called. A separate number series for senior patients and another for so-called 'regular"(non-seniors) patients. After you're number is called to the cashier, you wait for your name to be called on for the procedures to be done. They have two separate consultation areas near the cashier followed by the ecg room opposite this is the see thru microbiology room beside this is the extraction room. A water station is conveniently placed behind rows of seats in the reception area. And if an X-ray is in your needed procedure, a staff comes up to take you to the mobile clinic van downstairs. For PWD an elevator is there to service special needs. For now, I say the guard is accommodating since we arrived early in the morning, can't say if their attitudes will change towards the end of the day and fatigue sets in.
