I found a stray pup sitting scared on new years eve, with fireworks going off. I found with no hair, scabs and really bad skin, she was freezing due to having no coat and hungry. This was new years eve and no vet was open till the 2nd. Some vets had no doctor till Monday the 5th. I fed and water her and search for a local vet. I am a tourist so I went to 5 vets before choosing this one. Brought her here to get a check up on the 2nd of jan, same day appointment, she got diagnosed with Dermatitis. The vets bathed her and and gave me some medication. The price (quote) which allowed for worst case scenario, was fully explained and printed on paper before the consultation. The bill came out less then expected. Vet was lovely and caring. I would recommend this vet practice for your loved ones. My experience was good, and the stray puppy is going to get better and live a great life. As im a tourist if anyone would like to home her l, the vet has my contact details.

I've been to several veterinary clinics, but I think this place is the best. The doctors and nurses were all so kind and professional. They explained so well that I was less worried when I left my dogs, and they told me in detail one by one in an easy-to-understand way, so I'm very relieved

I recently had an experience with New Valley Veterinary Clinic that was truly exceptional. I found an abandoned kitten crying on the streets this morning and brought it to the clinic for some much-needed initial care. Dr. Reynaldo Juan Jr. assisted me and was incredibly compassionate and understanding. They even offered to work with me on the initial costs to vaccinate and house the cat for up to two weeks after hearing about my situation, and I fully understand their need to charge for their time and resources. Moreover, the team went above and beyond by offering to help find the cat a loving forever home since I couldn't keep it myself, as I already have one of my own to take care of. I am so grateful for their kindness and dedication to animal welfare in the community. Highly recommend and will be back for sure for the future care of my senior cat.
