Clean and very convenient to have consultation with doctors. They also provide laboratory services like ultrasound, blood tests, xray, etc. Parking space is available.

Neomedica Ambulatory Care Clinic as of April 16, 2018. Beside Unionbank, Charon Trading, near Mercury Drug, John Dewey School of Children and KFC Congressional Avenue Quezon City.

The laboratory staff are all unattentive and unaccommodating. They chat loudly and some of them are playing online games with their celphone when i was there. The doctor requested for a sputum test, surprisingly the laboratory does not provide sputum container. They asked me to buy from a nearby drug store. Then they asked me to provide the sputum. They told me that they cant proceed with the test as the specimen i provided dont have a phlegm. I explained that it has some saliva and mucus from my throat as i just woke up and did not brush my teeth nor took any food or drink, as required for the test. Instead they asked me to go back the following day. What i did was to go to a nearby hospital and asked for the same test. After they confirmed that i did not brush my teeth and did not take any food or drink, they gave me a specimen container (free of charge) and proceeded with the test. It was the same type of sputum which Neo Medica laboratory staff refused to test. Again, the LABORATORY staff in Neo Medica were busy chatting and playing with their celphones. They are lazy to scrutinize the specimen i provided and they are ignorant of customer service. I dont think they seriously checked on the specimen i provided. I will never come back to Neo Medica for any diagnostic test. The doctor/s, however are very accommodating and professional in dealing with patients.
