I called to inquire about their prices for various lab tests, but the person who answered the phone sounded rude, irritated, and made me feel like I was being scolded. As a customer, I felt unwelcome and disappointed, especially considering their high ratings. I expected a more courteous and helpful response. Now I’m hesitant to use their service even though they are nearby. I hope they can improve their phone etiquette for future customers.

People are rude, that's why people ask questions because they don't know, but when they answer, they are angry, especially the old man who accepts payment, he is angry with everyone he talks to.
