I appreciate the cleanliness of the clinic! Such a great benefit that the clinic was open on Holiday last February 24, 2023. The front desk attendant was so nice and helpful. It was the best walk in clinic experience.

Staff should undergo training on professionalism and customer service, as it is evident that many lack proper manners and professionalism. It is common to hear them shouting, often wearing frustrated expressions—especially in admission, cashiering, and psychology. To be fair, there are a few staff members who are polite, but unfortunately, the majority are not. Additionally, the clinic's organizational skills and system are inefficient, making the process frustratingly slow. I went to RGO for my medical, I found their services to be significantly better—the staff were kind, and their system was much more efficient. Agencies should reconsider sending people to this clinic and instead recommend better alternatives like RGO.
