Efficient and fast service. Scheduling appointment is easy and they follow through as well. Most doctors, as usual, are late but bearable. Patients really have to bring extra patience waiting. Patients should be the one to adjust. No wonder why a lot pf patients are sitted waiting inside and out at times. Patience is a virtue.

Worst experience with this clinic. The results were promised 4 hours (online) after I submitted the sample, it didn’t come. Was told that there was a “glitch”. So I called the next day to get the results emailed to me, they made me wait again for over an hour before they sent the results I already told them it was urgent because I am pregnant and already at the doctor. The lady even told me I should wait because someone’s scanning a document in her computer and “medyo marami yun documents”, like seriously? You’re late with the results and you have no plans in prioritizing your patients’ needs? There was even point where I called them back and they hung up on me.

The worst experience I had with clinics! Booked for an 11am appointment, waited until now, 2:09pm and the doctor is still not here. Still waiting at the moment. This happened 2x already. The doctors do not have respect for other people’s time. Don’r bother booking here, unless you want to waste your day away.
