Efficient and fast service. Scheduling appointment is easy and they follow through as well. Most doctors, as usual, are late but bearable. Patients really have to bring extra patience waiting. Patients should be the one to adjust. No wonder why a lot pf patients are sitted waiting inside and out at times. Patience is a virtue.

I’m very disappointed with the service. I initially booked a Holter monitoring online and received a confirmation. To make sure, I even called the clinic directly to verify, and I was told that no appointment was needed and I could walk in the next day. However, around 7:10 PM, I received a call saying I couldn’t come because it’s not available. They said that person I spoke to earlier may have confused Ambulatory BP with Holter monitoring. This was a complete waste of my time. If I had been informed earlier, I could have looked for another clinic. I already had my LOA prepared. To add to that, I also booked an appointment with an ENT doctor, and on the same day of the appointment, it was suddenly canceled because the doctor wasn’t coming. Again, a total waste of time and effort. This kind of poor coordination and last-minute notice is very unprofessional and frustrating.

I came from the clinic earlier at 7:30 am, but my time was wasted because I couldn't get my laboratory results right away
