My Health Clinic - SM North Edsa

Went here for my diagnostic tests required at a school I enrolled in. I got the basic 5, which was 1050 pesos. The tests were done in approximately an hour. After that, they told me the analysis would be available after 7 working days, but the results (uninterpreted) were already ready after a few hours. I was able to get and submit them the next day. I would specifically like to thank Dr. Balamban for her kind assistance on my rushed situation. Overall experience, starting from entering the clinic, the guard was already asking what I was there for and assisted me to the registration. The stations were also accomodating and polite. The whole process was really quick for me.

I had a truly outstanding experience with, My Health Sm North Edsa OR Department. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a professional atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The staff here are not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. Every team member I interacted with. Special shoutout to Nurse Steph, Liz and Vine.

I’m giving a 4-star review mainly because of Dr. Rafael Covar, who is a very friendly and empathetic doctor. I highly recommend him. As for the clinic as a whole, their online reservation system is convenient, but you may still end up waiting 30 to 60 minutes past your scheduled time. I hope this can be improved in the future.
