I only went for an oral prophylaxis but the dentist gave me a bunch of recommendations about my teeth health and what i can do to keep them healthy

Unlike other dental clinics, it's hard to make an appointment with them. At other dentists, after giving my details, and verifying with maxicare, my cleaning or pasta service went immediately, it was the same day. But here, I called in advance and clearly told them on the call that the service I needed was cleaning and they said it was okay to confirm. When I arrived at their clinic, they said it was just a consultation today and then I would come back another day for the cleaning session and that was the new schedule. So, it wasn't just 1 day here for a simple service unlike other dental clinics where the process was fast. I didn't just go to them.
