NOT RECOMMENDED!!! I had my 2 daughters checked today and we were treated poorly by an employee. ("K") My daughters are high febrile today and our pedia doctor while we were waiting for our labs get paid gave the kids paracetamol to drink to lower down the fever, I asked this employee in the front desk for a disposable cup but declined promptly not even caring to ask why do we need the disposable cup for, is it really hard to extend help for a customer or go extra mile for your customers expecially I paid CASH for everything today??? There are lots of decent lab clinics in Cainta rather than this, so dont ever bother to come here.

Very disappointed with our experience at MQ Diagnostic Center. We paid ₱700 for the pre-employment medical exam and later requested a Fit to Work certificate, as required by the employer. We were even willing to pay the additional ₱200 fee for the certificate. However, despite already completing the required tests at the same center, they insisted on repeating the procedures instead of simply issuing the certificate. The service was very slow, and they did not provide updates unless we kept asking. When the results were finally out, the pulmonary doctor wasn’t available, and they told us to return after a week because that was the doctor’s schedule. To avoid further delays, we sought clearance from another pulmonologist, but they still refused to issue the Fit to Work certificate and insisted that we should just give the employer the test results instead. This entire process was frustrating, inconvenient, and felt unnecessary. We will not be returning and do not recommend this place. Hoping they improve their policies, efficiency, and customer service for future clients. Reply to their response: We understand that the evaluation was based on our condition at the time of the examination. However, our main concern is that despite getting clearance from another pulmonologist, your clinic still refused to issue the Fit to Work certificate, which was specifically required by the employer. Instead, we were only given the test results, which is not the same as a Fit to Work certification. On top of that, the delays caused by the unavailability of your pulmonologist and the lack of updates made the whole process stressful and inconvenient. We had to go out of our way just to get things done when it could have been handled more efficiently on your end. We hope you take this feedback into account and improve your process for future clients.
