August 2025 Premiere Japanese brand mall in time up with Federal Land and is right next to the Grand Hyatt Hotel in BGC offers a unique mall experience From retail to culinary experiences it is different from other malls. Though it isn't the largest and has no dedicated department store it makes up with a distinct branding collection uniquely Japanese. Note also that parking needs to be paid at kiosks located within the mall

We had a wonderful experience at Mitsukoshi BGC! There are many restaurants to eat at and the ones we ate at were very tasty! Authentic Japanese food! Wow what a cool experience! We were so full, we wanted to try more items like the matcha tea and the baked goods! What a beautiful mall! Clean comfort rooms! Highly recommend!

The mall to go to for anything and everything Japanese from food and cuisine to stores, collectibles, among other stuff. Featuring an open and spacious layout with a touch of modern style, it is an upscale/high-end mall—meaning the prices when it comes to shops, restaurants, and such are also higher, which is to be expected. But at the same time, everything is exceptionally clean and well maintained. A refreshing change compared to other shopping destinations in the area.
