Clean, not cramped. Lots of space. Has a squat rack and plenty of plates. Also many benches.
The instructor is very kind. He guides the gym goers. Place is not crowded. Place is clean. Slightly expensive but very worth it. No parking for cars, but have parking space for motorcycles.
