“theraphist and staff are pleasant. but location wise, its cramped. They have monthly Caregiver training where primary caregivers are supposed to watch the therapy session but they dont do it regularly. Not sure if it was just with our theraphist. requesting progress report takes more or less a month so I cannot tell if there's a prob or somebody's just not doing their job :/”
