Dirty. Unmaintained and outdated basic hospital facilities. The services are so slow from the medical staff to the doctors. They get to overcharge patients excessively by slowing down their services, especially in the ER! ER is like OPD, no triage and no sense of urgency. Sobrang bagal! The fees they charge are exorbitant for subpar services and facilities offered. The medical staff (nurses) would impose a lot of "protocols" but they themselves do not follow. The laboratories are also substandard- one of the machines would always be broken and nonfunctional. Some nurses and doctors are outright unethical and lack professional courtesy- the hypocrisy is appalling!! Stay far away from this hospital because they will just drain your energy, waste your money and worst- exacerbate your illness. May sakit ka na nga, lalo ka pa magkakasakit dahil sa sama ng loob. If you want to speed up your death-this is the right place. Security is also very lax. Theft remains an issue especially for admitted patients in the ward. For the fees they charge, you can get better, cleaner, safer facilities elsewhere.
