“I left my OPPO A92 cellphone on the display rack in this Mercury Drugstore (Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay Branch) on December 11 @6:30PM. The feeling of losing a cellphone which contains important information made me so depressed. I returned to this Mercury Drugstore branch, after realizing that I left my cellphone there, questioning the security guard if he knew of an information about lose and found cellphone in their branch. He instructed me to look for it inside, but I never found it anymore in the place, where I recalled that I have left it. Feeling so down about my experience, a mercury staff who was outside the branch noticed me. She asked about my predicament, so, I told here about my problem. Immediately, she exerted too much effort to help me. With her help, I was able to find my cellphone again. To the personnel of Mercury Drugstore - Ipil Branch, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
