Mendez Specialists Medical Center

Not very crowded but still the wait in the OPD can be long. Some specialists only come to do clinic when there is advanced booking so advance appointment setting is crucial to get seen by a specialist. I like that they have QR code assigned to patients so it’s easier and quick to get registered. Support staff is lukewarm, not really warm but warm enough compared to nearby options. My wife who has been seen by doctors at this establishment feels that service and care protocols can be improved as it’s really meeting needs fully and efficiently.

My overall experience at Hospital was mixed. During my two-week stay, I appreciated the attentive care of the nursing staff, the cleanliness of the facilities and the professionalism and compassion of the Doctors like Doc P Doc D and the RODs.They were above par‼️. BRAVO ‼️ The nurses in particular Nurses Robbie Chin Drix Rich Jazz (NA) Marlon Dana Wilma and a couple more were awesome.they did their duty above and beyond at times. Unfortunately the hospital itself is a money making pit first patient second. Being confined for 2 weeks we know what it means.The staff were always shorthanded and in need of a few more hands..so be patient. So overall experience was mixed.If it wasn't for the nurses and Doctors I wouldn't recommend this NEW hospital at all. Hire more Nurses‼️ Patients first money second‼️ To make your hospital at par with the best of them. Peace out✌️

Good facilities but Poor service, no available doctor to check the patient, my son admitted and even the lab result came out but they only give my son paracetamol for fever. we decided to transfer to another hospital for us to cater immediately.very expensive!!!! never again to this hospital very disappointing!
