I went here because it was recommended by a doctor from Mandaluyong Hospital, and I later found out it’s owned by a doctor who also works there. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. There’s no parking for customers, and when I parked in an empty spot, the building guard was rude and told me to leave. The facility itself felt poorly maintained it was dark inside and had an unpleasant smell, like urine. The receptionist was okay at first, but when I asked how much the urine and blood tests would cost, I was told ₱2,700, which I felt was too expensive for the condition of the place. I mentioned I didn’t have cash, but it felt sketchy when she insisted I proceed with the blood test anyway, even before finalizing anything. In the end, I found a much better lab nearby with cleaner facilities, friendlier service, and tests at half the price. I feel uneasy about how this lab is being highly recommended by doctors, despite the poor service and setup. I personally wouldn’t recommend it.
