I had an awful experience with this laboratory. The entire process was unnecessarily stressful, taking me three long months just to complete my medical results. The staff were unfriendly and outright rude—especially the cashier and the records section staff. The waiting time just to make a payment was unreasonably long, and their records department was so disorganized that locating files became a frustrating ordeal. To make matters worse, their prices are almost double compared to other clinics, yet the facilities are poorly maintained—particularly the toilets. As a POEA-accredited facility, I expected higher standards, but instead, it felt like they were more focused on taking your money than providing quality service. I do not recommend this laboratory to anyone.
