“Just so you know, you declared me unfit for employment in Bahrain because of “Bilateral Upper Lobe Minimal Fibrosis.” I got a second opinion at the Lung Center, and they found me completely clear. I’m not a lawyer, but I know my rights. You made me repeat multiple tests to get a clearance, only to declare me unfit later because of what seems like a misread of my results. Under the 2025–2026 DOH “Freedom of Choice” rules, all workers can choose any DOH-accredited clinic or hospital for our health exams. If you refuse to recognize my Lung Center results, just to remind you that the DOH has the final say over all medical clinics in the Philippines, even those that follow GAMCA or WAFID system. Being part of a regional system doesn’t give a clinic immunity from Philippine law regarding medical mistakes or false reports. Even if you’re a licensed clinic, your authority comes from the DOH Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau, not GAMCA. Which means, you still have to follow the rules for PEME's in the Philippines.”

Beware of this laboratory clinic. I underwent full medical tests with them for employment abroad. After 3 days the result was out and they marked me UNFIT due to "Minimal Pleural Reaction" according to them. So as a conscious person I went immediately to a pulmonologist to consult and perhaps a treatment if there is really a problem with my health. The doctor told me that my CXR with them shows no sign of disease and impossible to treat something that is not there. She then provided Medical certificate along with my results. I went back to Medisense Lab to raise my case. At first they refused to acknowledge my concerns because according to them, they have a different reading guidelines for GCC applicants (Like what???). I then planned to go further as far as Lung Center of The Philippines if they wouldn't budge. Also I informed them that I recently returned back from Middle East after 10 years for the sole purpose of processing another contract, Upon hearing those they advised me to request for an Xray Review which I did and I paid another P250. After a day, the result was out and they made me "FIT" changing the Radiology Imaging to "NO SIGNIFICANT CHEST FINDINGS". BTW xray review was merely a document review, they did not ask me to repeat the cxr. And so I was able to return back here. Here in middle east when applying for permanent residency, medical examination is a must, a blood test and of course Chest Xray and I passed, no long process and no repeat. I was FIT. So Beware of this lab clinic, while they tested me for any disease, they also gave me anxiety and stress. I almost didn't make it here if I gave in to their foolishness.
