Am a walk in and paid in cash for my mom’s test, a senior citizen, yet they treat everyone poorly. They said I could claim the result after the X-ray without checking if all the test I paid for (the doctor required more test than usual) is already done. Good thing I read each test to them. The nurse station people seems like they don’t like their job and reflects on how they treat all patients.

Not efficient. Printer for queue not working. No parking had to go to Ayala North Exchange. Just need APE requirement for work.

Surprisingly, this clinic have a different protocol. Their neck ultrasound does not include thyroid in their reading which is questionable since thyroid is part of the neck and should be included with the reading. Instead, they insist to do another imaging for them to read the thyroid.
