I had a great experience! I was nervous about seeing the doctor, but they were super understanding and took good care of me throughout the whole check-up. The staffs were all really kind, and the process was quick and efficient.

My mom went to this clinic just for a basic check-up and had a very disappointing experience at the front desk. The staff didn’t bother to ask what she was there for which is something most clinic normally do to properly assist patients. The only question they asked was whether she already had a doctor, and when my mom said no, they simply asked to write her name down and didn’t ask anything further. There was no effort to understand her concern or guide her properly. It felt careless and unprofessional, especially in a place where people go for medical help and expect at least basic courtesy and attention. She waited for an hour only to get assigned to a wrong doctor. The doctors here are professionals but please teach your front desk how to properly handle your patients
