Process is quite slow pero maayos naman may numbering and queue (Arrived there for my AME by 9am and was finished by 12nn). So far okay naman but -1 star for me for the profeciency of 1 of their medtech. I don’t know if its his first time or what but I know for sure that he didn’t know what he’s doing since di naman yun ang first time na magpakuha ako ng blood tests.

The process is quick if you go in the afternoon but the staff lacks the pleasantness needed in their jobs. Pros: 1. Pre-employment physical and medical check-up is quick Cons: 1. Staff - Nobody smiles, whenever it's someone's turn, they will ask questions like a robot and everyone has a sulky face. 2. Facilities - They don't provide tissues in the restroom where they conduct urine collection which is okay if only they have a sink with a working faucet. It's disgusting to be unable to wash hands after that process. The place lacks space when there are a lot of people that's having their physical and medical examination.

Worst laboratory experience in my life. I went to the lab all the way from Baguio and did not finish the process because the doctor was absent. Attendants have no customer service at all and are all rude. They do not have a system to know who is the first in the queue. No was guiding us thru the process. I went back after a week to complete my physical exam and encountered the same thing. They had me wait in the lobby since the doctor was late. If i did not tell the attendant that I just returned, I would have not known that I have to go to the releasing to get some docs. Fix your systems and processes since your lab caters to the best companies in Pampanga. I do not think you deserve to have tie ups with great companies since you have very low standards and your people are ill trained and not well mannered.
