We brought our dog here seeking care, and while some assistance was provided, we felt the approach was quite general and lacked personalization. We shared our observations about what might be causing our dog’s issues, but the response seemed minimal, with tests that didn’t seem directly tied to the concerns that we raised. We later learned about certain limitations, like unavailable equipment or additional tests, only after asking ourselves, which left us feeling uninformed at the start. Eventually, we sought a second opinion at another hospital, where the diagnosis aligned more with our initial thoughts and came with clearer explanations. The new team even wondered about the earlier approach, which made us reflect. We’re not here to judge who’s right, but the difference in experience stood out. In emergencies, every moment feels critical for our pets. Our dog spent time in a cage, confused and unwell, and we wished for a more attentive, compassionate approach rather than what felt like routine care. We wonder if an earlier, more tailored diagnosis might have eased our dog’s discomfort and given us more time to act. We want to believe the clinic did its best with the resources available, but the contrast with the care we received elsewhere was noticeable. Perhaps it was a matter of differing styles or capabilities—it’s hard to say. This is just our personal opinion, and we hope sharing thios helps others make informed choices.

Im very disappointed i thought i go to the good veterinarian.. but its not they suggested me to pay 5000 to the. Euthanasia. I saw my dog she wan to be alive its hurt to much. They given me choices for 5k for here faster Dead or 70k for here recovery... So sad to choose this vet in Tabunok
