“Staff is very unfriendly. They don’t give you assurance that your pet is gonna be okay or comfort you when you’re worried-sick for them. The girl receptionist even snobbed at me for being so worried about my dog when I decided to get him back, back when they promised me the groomer would arrive in the afternoon and still hasn’t. I suggest they treat customers especially fur parents well, with assurance and comfort that their pet is gonna be safe in their hands. :)”
