We’ve visited Maxicare a few times, and the service has always been reliable. The registration process is quick and hassle-free, whether you have an appointment or just walk in. The doctors are kind, gentle, and professional. There were moments when the diagnosis made us a little anxious, but they always took the time to explain things calmly and put us at ease.

They are alll very approachable and accomodating from tha staffs to Doctors. They even accept a walk in patients unlke in Double Dragon branch that I was pushed back since I don't have Appointment and they said that they don't have enough doctors to accomodate me. But here in Santolan Branch are different, they make me feel like a VIP. In just 5 mins of waiting I was able to consult by my doctor. No long que. The doctor is very professional.

About 5mins walking distance from Santolan-Annapolis MRT station. The clinic itself looks new and well-maintained (they even have a play area for kids outside the Pediatric Room!) The staff are courteous and polite. It would have been perfect if they honor the reservation made in their app but when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was still asked to get a queue number. The line for the tests was a bit confusing too because unless you ask a nurse you won't be in-line for the test that you're supposed to get. So make sure to always ask! Thankfully the tests that I had to do were processed immediately since there weren't too many people; so I finished within an hour. I still recommend going here!
