Maxicare Primary Care Clinic - Northgate Alabang

Of all the Maxicare PCCs I’ve visited, PCC-Northgate Alabang stands out for its exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff, nurses, and doctors. I just got my dose of anti-rabies and tetanus vaccines here, and the experience was smooth and reassuring. They take the time to answer your questions thoroughly and accurately, often offering helpful suggestions tailored to your concerns.

What I liked the most is their systematic process and centralized information. You just have to bring your Maxicare Card, Valid ID and doctor’s request (as needed). All information are inputted by them using their tablet, no papers needed. The diagnostic results are also sent via email in 1 to 2 days (super convenient!). I am also amazed by their hand washing station, a revolutionized hand washing process that is absolutely contactless! They also serve purified water and coffee for free. This primary care center solves almost of the challenges that we encounter in hospitals. The location is accessible and has lots of trees outside, there’s also a parking lot area nearby. Special shout out to phlebotomy technicians specially to Ms Ella for the painless blood extraction! I highly recommend this PCC location!!!

My preferred clinic when I need to get a quick consultation. Easy to book an appointment online and fast processing once I get to the clinic. Overall, everyone in the clinic is friendly and attentive. Drinking water is available too.
