We completed several tests here, including laboratory work, an X ray, and an ECG. Booking appointments was easy and convenient through their online system. There was little to no waiting time. We were promptly called by each department, from the nurse station to laboratory extraction, ECG, and X ray. Every staff member was professional, warm, and accommodating. Despite undergoing multiple tests, we were finished within an hour, and some results were even sent to us via email while we were still on site. I can’t emphasize enough how happy I am with today’s visit. Having experienced several other clinics, none compare to this branch. Not just today, but all our previous visits here have consistently been excellent as well.

The staff were accommodating, organized, and very professional throughout. The registration was smooth, and the nurses were gentle and reassuring. Special thanks to Dr. Michael, who was extremely professional and patient, answering all my questions in detail and explaining every procedure clearly. He never made me feel rushed. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and efficient, which is perfect for people with tight schedules.

I always love it here at Maxicare. Everything's so efficient and clean. There's water, tea and coffee available. The staff are all so polite! I wish all companies had Maxicare as their HMO -or at least the level of service Maxicare provides.
