Matina Children's Clinic

READ and THINK before you visit this Matina Children's Clinic. On 10-07-22 we visited this clinic, we waited for longer 30mins, my daughters fell asleep, mind you, we are the only patient waiting. Her assistant says, Doc was upstairs padaw. I didn't mind, after waiting, we paid P400 says on the next checkup, we won't be paying anything. I said that's okay. She checked my daughter's and couldn't identify what was going on, she ask to buy paracetamol and get a laboratory test, I ask her if we got the result on that day, can we come back and for her to check what was going on, Dr. says not to visit and to only text her number with the results. I asked again if she was sure, and she said, she will reply and would be best if we text her number. So I did. I texted, but no reply, 2nd day, still no reply, I visited the clinic but it was closed, their page on Facebook is only for display, same as here, they don't add any Office Hours, 2 days have passed, I tried visiting a different clinic instead. So if you are willing to lose P400 be my guest, I would understand if she couldn't reply to my text, but she's the one who commands me to only text her and not to visit the clinic. I have found a different Clinic, which was near only P350. They knew immediately was wrong with her. Again I have wasted my time & money. Will never visit this Clinic again.
