โ€œGave birth at this hospital recently. Experience wasn't really bad but could also be better. Main reason I'm reviewing is because i wanted to thank the young OR nurse who was with me in the Labor room on June 28 from around 9PM until I gave birth. She had long hair from what I can remember. The labor pain was unimaginable and she offered no words to comfort me, but I felt gentle comforting touches (on my thigh? not sure but i felt it for sure). Not sure if she meant to do that or was just checking the apparatus attached to me, but as I was alone with the pain and away from my husband, it helped me get through those difficult hours. Thank you and Kudos to you! Side note, I wish the older lady nurse was more gentle. I just felt like an object with her doing the IEs in long intervals. Didn't feel like she cared.โ€

โ€œStaff and nurses were very accomodating. HMO approval process was also okay, not to mention the facility is really impressive. Doctor and nurses from ultrasound & lab were really nice. However, I got the worst consultation with their IM. No wonder walang nakapila. Very rude, grumpy lady with no sign of empathy - will look for another doctor.โ€

HMO lady in the front desk works slow and is super rude. I was asking very calmly for an update because we have been waiting for an hour for the approval from my hmo. I understand she assisted another patient but she did not have to raise her voice on me because I swear to God I was at my calmest when I approached her.
