NGT Insertion request. Ang pasyente bed ridden and we badly needed it ASAP. Tried sending them message sa facebook account, no reply. Tinawagan ko sila and they do offer homeservice, I asked for their rate and ang sabi wait for call back in 3 mins. We waited 30 mins, tried calling back, pinapatayan na kami. Nice.
Poor service and they lack accountability when something happens to their patients. Nurses here are very unprofessional.
