“A female staff member is RUTHFUL. She turned off the lights in the waiting room so she could take a picture of my companion's eyes. She kept going back and forth from the other room but didn't seem to see us. Even the doctor ignored the patient. The results of the exam are her responsibility to inform the patient.... the staff should not be messaged or ordered.”
