Very poor patient service. Despite having many staff, most were idle and on their mobile phones. The charges and doctors’ fees are unreasonably high, and the service does not justify the cost. Overall, this hospital is extremely disappointing.

Pedia-gastro arrived 2hrs late, did not even apologised for making her patients wait. Had a very rude tone when we started conversing our concerns about our child, like she was irritated. I would certainly not recommend this doctor. Seems like a very arrogant person, if you ask me.

Review: A week ago, my dad asked my sisters to take him to the hospital because he was experiencing shortness of breath. When we brought him to St. Vincent Hospital, he was admitted without receiving even the most basic first aid, like oxygen. Instead, they conducted laboratory tests, which seemed like an attempt to profit from us rather than provide immediate care. Despite this, they failed to give him a bed to rest on while waiting, claiming the hospital was “full.” Is this the new standard of care—admitting critically ill patients without offering first aid? My dad passed away because of your negligence. Instead of healing people, you are worsening their conditions. This hospital does not deserve a license to operate and should not even be called a hospital; it’s nothing more than a place of harm. I absolutely do not recommend this hospital! Stay away at all costs. If I could rate it -100/10, I would!
