Went for free hearing test as I need hearing aids. Technician was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, as I know, I'm old and my verbal understanding has deteriorated and supposedly aids will help. But, the price seemed higher than in the US, where I can get some insurance support, so I elected to wait. Again the establishment seemed well equipped and professional.
Long waiting time past appointment time still no available slot. Even though I made an appointment and they entertained another customer ahead.
worst appointment time keeper ever. my appointment time was 2pm and I was told not to come late. I came before 2pm and im still here sitting in the waiting room at 3:30pm. If I had known and read the reviews about this clinic I would have never come here.
