Not as nice as other locations. Always extremely busy. Long wait times.

a few problems with this place according to my girlfriend: 1. staff didn't accommodate her, even after knocking on the door 3 times. it didn't help that outside their office there aren't any chairs to act as a waiting area. I couldn't imagine if they had a pregnant patient coming in during the day. 2. she had an appointment but even after an hour she was made to wait. makes you question why there's an appointment process to begin with. 3. staff is a split between both nice and rude. I commend the ones that were helpful towards my girlfriend, but the establishment need to check on the customer service of all their staff members. bottomline, wouldn't recommend this branch. I've seen positive reviews that the facilities are nice but if you're made to wait 1-2 hours after your appointment with rude staff members, you may as well find a similar service elsewhere.

The worst service i have encountered. I went in for fitting March 2017 at Manila Hearing Aid Center and the said it would take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of my hearing Aid. I waited for my hearing aid which did not arrive in the given time. 2 months later, I called and was informed it was being processed. I kept calling each week and finally during June informed the Vet health clinic who paid for my hearing aid that I haven't received the product from Manila Hearing aid. A week later in July, Manila hearing Aid called to inform me that the item was being delivered in a week. I waited a week and still no product. Called them and they said the product was not delivered because the address was wrong. I gave them my address AGAIN!!! A week later still no delivery. I kept calling Manila heating Aid center and the said they would follow up with LBC. Kept calling them and got the same response till August. Finally my hearing aid was delivered on August 19th, 2017. It took 5 months for a simple hearing aid to be delivered, which is totally unacceptable business practice. The staff was not very helpful with following up and advising the customer of the product status. I would not recommend doing business with these imbeciles who are incompetent and insensitive to their customers.
