Manila Hearing Aid - SM Mall of Asia

Required by our company to take a hearing test. Front desk was a nice friendly lady and the guy administering the test was fast and easy to unserstand. Visit was March 13,24, 5pm.

I had the same experience—the female receptionist was rude and very unprofessional. I was genuinely surprised, as I approached her with respect, yet she responded with a rude and unprofessional attitude. I do not recommend going here, as it will only ruin your day. No one deserves to be treated that way, especially when showing respect.

This company was terrible. Their website advertised that they serviced all hearing aids. Head Office confirmed that, even while we were in the clinic when I went to have my hearing aids serviced last week . Staff at the clinic denied this. They said their policy had changed that day. Frankly, either they were using this as a ploy to get new clients into the clinic or the staff were telling outright lies. Either way, this is no way to treat the disabled - deafness is a disability. Fortunately I am no longer in need of these people to assist me with my disability and I urge others requiring similar assistance to go elsewhere. Companies like this do not deserve the trust of the disabled and should be avoided like the plague.
