Kudos to all the staff and personnel of this hospital for being very accommodating even late at night. They are very polite, and they relay all necessary information immediately. Got immediate minor surgery, and as they have informed us, everything was covered by Philhealth including the take home medicines. Thank you so much to all the courteous staff of Malta Medical Center. Continue on your good service to the community.

My son was admitted here for one week, and we had a good experience with Malta Medical Center. The attending doctors, nurses, the utility staff, and even the student interns were all helpful, courteous, and worked with excellence. I was also impressed by how they handled the billing, even before we could request it. The staff from Billing were all helpful and have improved a lot. We had a fast transaction. Keep it up!

Horrible experience! I got my lab results and medical certificate two days after the lab test. Their service is poor! It took me three hours just to get the papers and the medical certificate. I had a total of five priority numbers just to finish everything, which I have never experienced in other hospitals. There were counters where staff were late or unavailable, making the process even slower. Aside from that, some staff were using their phones and even sleeping while the area was busy, which was very frustrating and kept us waiting. Truly not recommended!!!
