She explained everything about the device they are promoting and fitted me with a made to order ear mold to be picked up after 2 days only to be told it's not yet ready, which made me fuming mad. Not even the courtesy of telling me prior to my pick up day and time that is not yet ready. All the hustle of traveling long distance and the traffic for nothing! Then she was looking at my right ear and I told her it's my left ear that was the problem. and she apologized. what's this, hit or miss? Very unprofessional. i regret going to this center. Be forewarned.
