I will never forget how they coached me in the labor and delivery room. They know what they are doing.
Since its a government owned hospital and services are free, you can't expect too much if its compared to other private hospital around the area. The recent renovations have improved not only the exterior part but on how the hospital functions as a whole. The medical staffs are nice, but are understaffed.
Basic emergency room for Filipinos. Not recommended if you are from Europe or USA since the facility is dirty and run down. If you have an emergency while in Mabalacat try to get to Medical City Clark, if you can.
