0 star if pwede lang MAY 09 2025 I had an extremely disappointing experience at the front desk of this clinic. When I was asked if I had brought my stool sample, and as I was about to take it from my bag, the staff member made a disrespectful comment in front of several other patients, saying, “Sa taas po yan isusumite, sir. Huwag po dito kasi baka mangamoy tayo,” followed by laughter. This was completely unprofessional and disturbing. Yes, I may speak in a manner that is soft or quiet because I have social anxiety, but I am not stupid or ignorant, and definitely not deserving of disrespect. The comment made was unnecessary and hurtful. As someone who struggles with social anxiety, such remarks only serve to escalate my stress and significantly increase my blood pressure. I was deeply disturbed and shocked that a healthcare professional would behave this way. What if I had failed my BP test due to this incident? What if this had caused serious health consequences? This could have easily affected my overall medical results. Thankfully, I wasn’t flagged, but this is not something I should have to be concerned about when visiting a healthcare facility. This behavior is inexcusable. The staff must undergo better training to ensure respectful and professional treatment of all patients. This kind of conduct is not just inappropriate but could also be potentially harmful to someone already dealing with anxiety. The clinic needs to take immediate action to ensure no other patient has to endure the same treatment.

Very poor communication. It doesn't make sense that they have a Facebook page for nothing. You are not reliable, especially when people need information. I can't just walk in and probably waste my time visiting your lab if I don't know how much it is and what services you offer. Improve your social media management. It's already 2024 and we don't rely on SMS anymore.
