So far my experience was great. The male staff at the front desk was helpful. But there is a SAFETY concern that needs to get addressed. At the front of the building is a RAMP like structure to both sides of the stairs. Maybe that is used for delivery of supplies or for cIients on wheelchair needing to use it BUT for the SAFETY of everyone who comes out of the door from the inside, it would be best to put a thick detachable ROPE to ALERT anybody that there is a SLOPE from the ramp. It poses a RISK to older people who may be unstable on their feet. If this was a scenario in the USA, this would pose a liability issue towards the management. Please address this safety issue.

Honest review based on my observation,,, I'll give 3 stars since it's so crowded inside the lab. But it's understandable since a lot of people being accommodated, in life and health they have their advantages/disadvantages ADVANTAGE: no face mask no entry policy which is good,,, then there is aircon too inside so it's not too hot but if there are a lot of people the aircon can't beat it,, then you can get your results the next day. for students 865 all packages for (Chest X-Ray,CBC, Drug test, Medical results) they cater up to 3 and extend when there are many people. DISADVANTAGES: One of my concern is the other staff there at L&H,,,, coz it's duty hours and there are a lot of people then you still have to chat with other co workers. And most especially the one who was waiting for the drug test,,,, she knows that the patients are holding their urine when they are in the lab. Then there is still a long line and then during the drug test they fill it up like a bottle and of course it should be really full,,,, the chika is really given priority and the patients' stomachs are hurting because they are already peeing,,,,,, and it's not good to hold it for that long, more than 3 hours, holding it because of the line and then the chika is 3 minutes and that's a lot of time to waste,,,,, then the cashier is really very rude....

You will waste so much time here 😑 lots of unnecessary waiting 😑
