From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and followed good hygiene protocols. Dr. Charlene Laride Luna explained each step of the cleaning process and made sure I was comfortable throughout. She answered all my questions and I appreciate how patient she is. What stood out most was how gentle the treatment was.
