Lebosada Dental Care

Dr Lebosada is our goto to Dentist since 2012. Every time we are in town, Davao, we visit. A good experience every time and very reasonable. Thank you and will see you next year.

Worst experience for Dental Service. I have HMO Coverage. Pasta and cleaning are covered yet charged me 1K for cleaning because I have not gone to the dentist for more than a year. I said, okay, scheduled for dental extraction, was taken an xray and charged 300 for it. Dentist cannot perform extraction because of complication, then scheduled me for another appointment in one of their clinics. I requested earliest time possible. Scheduled for 10 AM April 2. Upon arriving at the clinic, the dental assistant seemed surprise, well apparently, there was no appointment made and I just waited for half an hour before I asked what time the assigned dentist arrives, I was told 11AM. I was surprised I was not told upon my arrival. I wasted another 30 minutes waiting, wasted taxi fare to go to their clinic. VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL! Not mentioning on my first visit when I had cleaning, the dentist arrived 30 minutes late. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! I highly discourage going to this clinic for dental services. Ang mahal ng charge tapos late pa mga dentist, sasayangin oras niyo.

THIS IS WAY TOO DISRESPECTFUL. WORST DENTAL CLINIC I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM, AND THEY CLEARLY GAVE ME AN ACCURATE TIME FOR IT. 10 AM. I ARRIVED ON TIME. ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT I NEED TO WAIT 1-2 HOURS. WHAT’S THE POINT OF THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT THEN? THE STAFF ALSO TENDS TO LIE. WHENEVER I ASK FOR A FOLLOW UP, THE STAFF IS TELLING ME THAT I AM ALREADY NEXT IN LINE BUT ENDED UP SEEING OTHER PEOPLE ENTERING THE CLINIC. THEY NEVER VALUE YOUR TIME. IF YOU DON’T WANT YOUR DAY TO GET RUIN, PLEASE AVOID THIS CLINIC NO MATTER WHAT. THIS IS DEFINITELY A BAD REVIEW. WORST STAFF AND DOCTORS.
