“I had three surgical procedures in this hospital. I had no problem using my health card here. My private room was conducive for recovery. The nurses are very accommodating and the general services staff were very respectful. I did not have any problems during my three stays here. My doctors were also very professional and mindful of their patients' welfare. The facilities are regularly sanitized. It has good ammenities for walk-in patients and visiting friends and relatives. Living around Las Pinas, it the best hospital for me where I am assured of immediate attention in case of emergencies! I highly recommend this general hospital for any health emergencies or check-ups!”
“I visited a friend who was admitted to this hospital. The room and toilet were quite small, and the bathroom didn’t have a shower—just a sink and toilet bowl. On the positive side, everything was clean and well-maintained. The room had a small TV, but the picture quality was so poor that you might need an eye check after watching it. It felt like being back in the 70s, with fuzzy reception, even though it was supposedly cable TV. The hospital layout was also a bit confusing. There are different annexes that seem randomly connected—it looks like it was built in parts without proper planning. It really feels cobbled together and not well thought out, which makes it hard to navigate around. The patient also shared that in this hospital, you’re required to pay for the hospital blanket because they will give it to you instead of reusing it. They don’t launder the blankets anymore, which was quite surprising. Overall, while the place is clean, the facilities and layout could definitely use an upgrade, and some of their policies might need a second look.”

I am unable to give a negative star rating, but I feel it is important to share my experience. In my personal view, the quality of care we received at this private hospital did not meet the standard we expected. My family observed inconsistent communication, limited medical supervision, and an overall lack of clear accountability during a critical treatment. My mother had prepared for her first chemotherapy session for weeks, completing all required tests and assessments in advance. We were reassured about the safety of the procedure, yet the treatment was administered far more quickly than anticipated, with minimal doctor presence. My mother later passed away due to complications related to fluid overload. While the hospital initially cited other possible causes, restitution was later offered, which we understood as acknowledgment that something went wrong. This review reflects our personal experience and is shared so others can make informed decisions. June 19, 2025, remains the most painful day of our lives. I'm sharing this to give awareness that trusting someone that seems to be knowledgeable of something is somehow needs to be aware of.
