PMVIC - the area is clean and they have an organized layout of the facility. They also have a small canteen where you can have snacks while waiting for your vehicle. Also, there's a tv screen on the wall where you can check the status of the inspection.

If you are going to the LTO Office on weekdays please make a plan ahead, do some research of what you are going to do within the premises (New application, Renewal, Settlement of Violation), Fill-up your forms and be ready with your requirements and your photocopies of requirements and Identification Card. For the amount of time ive had to wait in this place i could have travelled to another country and back. The service is slow, the wait is painful, if you come here be prepared to waste an entire day just waiting for some lazy employee to eventually call your name, then to have to sit back down and wait again. I walked in as a 30 year old and by the time I walked out I was in a wheelchair and soiling my own pants.
