MY KITTEN DIED BECAUSE THE VETERANIAN WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND EVEN THOUGH THE CLINIC WAS WITHIN OPERATING HOURS. USELESS AND NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANY SORT OF EMERGENCIES OR MEDICAL CARE FOR YOUR PET. WE HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER VET THAT IS OPERATING 24/7 BUT TRAVEL TIME TOOK 40MINS DUE TO TRAFFIC AND DISTANCE. IF ONLY THE VET WAS PRESENT OR REACHED OUT TO BY THE EMPLOYEES IN THIS VET, MAYBE MY KITTEN WOULD STILL BE ALIVE.

Read the reviews before deciding to bring your fur babies to this facility. I do not suggest this vet clinic. I do not see any motivation from the staff to take good care of your pets. My cat needed immediate medical attention. I paid all required dues before they accommodate my cat. What I hated the most is when they do not update on my cat's situation. They are giving medicines and doing procedures without the consent of the pet owner. If you want to keep your pets well and recover from illness, do not bring them in this facility. I decided to transfer my cat where I am sure that he will be take care of. Not to this facility. Trust your instincts.

PLEASE DON'T BRING YOUR PETS HERE!!! I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST BEFORE BRINGING OUR CAT HERE!!! Our cat just DIED! We brought her here first for a check-up around 7 PM, and as the other review says, YES, the staff at that time was too lazy, probably because it was almost their closing time. Even the doctor didn't do anything and just checked my cat's temperature. You finished checking her after 2 minutes!? WHAT KIND OF VET ARE YOU!? We are DEVASTATED and still MOURNING!!! Two weeks after bringing our cat to this VET, we went to another vet, where she was diagnosed with a BLOOD PARASITE. The other vet even asked us why we were giving her the medicine that THIS VET prescribed. That vet said my cat didn’t need it, especially since she was almost not eating at that time! YES, THIS VET JUST GAVE US THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION! HE GAVE IT WITHOUT EVEN CHECKING THE REAL CONDITION OF MY CAT!!! IF ONLY YOU HAD DONE YOUR JOB RIGHT AND DIAGNOSED HER EARLY, WE COULD HAVE SAVED HER!!! WE ARE SO DEVASTATED. I AM SO DEVASTATED AND BLAMING MYSELF FOR BRINGING MY CAT HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE! TO ANYONE READING THIS... IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR PETS’ LIVES, PLEASE, JUST PLEASE, DON’T BRING YOUR FUR BABIES HERE.
